“The thing that is really hard, and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself.”  –Anna Quindlen “…the sole purpose of human experience is to kindle a light in the darkness of mere being.” –Carl Jung

INTRODUCTION

During Caitlin's clinical training, practicum, and associateship, she worked with a wide range of clients—children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Today, she specialize's in working primarily with high-functioning young women and emerging adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, ADD/ADHD, and emotional health concerns related to hormonal imbalances, including PCOS. Her approach is laid-back and grounded in holistic health, integrating traditional therapy with Wellness Coaching to help clients cultivate balance and build resilience.

Caitlin work's best with females who are ready to actively engage in the therapeutic process and take empowered steps toward growth. She support's women who may appear—or aspire to be—capable and “put-together” on the outside, yet are ready to let go of perfectionism and the pressure of "keeping up appearances," show up more authentically, and experience deeper clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change. If you’re seeking to reconnect with your authentic self, exhale, and support your overall well-being, this may be the right space for you. For clients who desire faith integration as part of their therapeutic journey, Caitlin is happy to incorporate that as well.

Caitlin’s path to becoming a Mental Health Practitioner was inspired by her passion for wellness and overcoming personal health challenges. Growing up around Psychologists sparked her early interest in the mental health field. However, it wasn’t until her Undergraduate studies that her own health concerns launched her into a unique wellness journey. After retiring from competitive athletics, including volleyball and both club and varsity soccer, Caitlin worked closely with a team of healthcare professionals to navigate major life changes through nutrition, exercise, and Positive Psychology. This collaborative support system not only helped her achieve her wellness goals but also redirected her career path. She went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and fulfill California’s clinical requirements to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Now, Caitlin focuses on helping clients cultivate growth, hope, optimism, autonomy, and meaningful transformation as they navigate their unique wellness paths.

I'M CAITLIN WEBER, M.A., LMFT

My passion for balanced health, combined with a desire to help others, led me to pursue advanced studies in Clinical Psychology—where I’ve spent years observing, listening, and learning. I’m deeply interested in understanding human beings more fully. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I went on to complete over 3,000 clinical hours and passed two California Board exams to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Being exposed to Psychology early on also deepened my appreciation for Positive Psychology, cultural diversity, preventative healthcare, and creative, integrative interventions.

Growing up as a child athlete significantly shaped my views on body awareness, identity, self-esteem, anxiety management, performance, and burnout prevention. My therapeutic style is laid back, nonjudgmental, authentic, creative, humorous, and direct. I strive to model what I encourage in my clients: letting go of perfection and exploring who you are truly meant to be. You’ll often find me in Athleisure (a nod to my sports background) and inspired by nature for its grounding and restorative qualities. I enjoy integrating Ecotherapy into the therapeutic process, as walk-and-talk sessions can offer powerful benefits, including bilateral stimulation that supports emotional and cognitive processing. I frequently take Telehealth calls outside while walking and invite clients who are physically able to do the same.

I invite clients to come exactly as they are. At times, therapy may feel harder before it feels better—this is a natural part of healing. As emotions surface and insight deepens, meaningful change begins to take shape. My role is to walk alongside you. I collaborate, support, and integrate Wellness Coaching to empower autonomy and build resilience. At the core of my work is a belief in progress, not perfection. My philosophy centers on cultivating an authentic, supportive space where clients can be themselves, and step into meaningful change with confidence and compassion.

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors—beaches, hiking, and biking—as well as Pilates, cooking new cuisines, music, reading, interior design, and refinishing furniture. Most importantly, I value quality time with loved ones. I look forward to learning more about you as well and exploring how we might collaborate on your journey!

About

My Approach

As a person-centered Psychotherapist, I often integrate Psychodynamic and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches, while implementing a whole-person perspective. I’m passionate about holistic health and value therapy as a diverse, evolving process—one that allows for corrective emotional experiences, deeper self-trust, grounding practices, and, most importantly, self-awareness and empowerment.

I also enjoy exploring spirituality and self-care as essential elements of a lifestyle that fosters growth and well-being.

In summary, I prioritize and advocate for a balanced life—one that supports mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and relational health.
