Hello! I am happy you are here, no matter how you found your way to this page. I warmly welcome you to read further and learn more about what services I currently provide and how I might collaborate with you toward your goals.
Caitlin Weber enjoys working with people curious to encounter their authentic selves and true potential. She feels that hearing someone's story is sacred. Psychotherapy can provide you with a supportive space. Navigate past and present situations, improve your self-esteem, relationships, and deepen your insight. Cultivate a more purposeful, freeing, and fulfilling lifestyle.
Caitlin’s path to becoming a Mental Health Practitioner was inspired by her passion for wellness and overcoming health hardships. She grew up being around Psychologists, which expanded her interest in the Mental Healthcare field from an early age. But it wasn’t until her Undergraduate studies that her health concerns took her on a unique wellness journey. After retiring from athletics at this time, Caitlin worked with various Practitioners to address her own life changes via Nutrition, Exercise, and Positive Psychology. Caitlin embraced support from a collaborative Healthcare team to reach her goals for wellbeing. Unknowingly, this journey changed her trajectory. Caitlin then pursued a path to complete her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and obtained her LMFT license. Now, she hopes to similarly help others through inspiring growth, hope, and transformation for one's wellness journey.
My passion for balanced health, paired with the desire to help others, led me to pursue further studies in Clinical Psychology; continuously observing, listening, and learning. I am interested in understanding human beings better. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy). Then completed my Clinical Associateship (3,000+ hours) and two California Board exams to acquire my active Marriage and Family Therapist License (LMFT).
Growing up as a child athlete has impacted my perspective on body awareness, identity, self-esteem, anxiety management, performance strategies, and burnout prevention. Additionally, being exposed to the field of Psychology early on expanded my awareness of the importance of Positive Psychology, cultural diversity, preventative healthcare practices, and creative interventions.
During my Clinical Training, Practicum, and Associateship experiences, I worked with diverse ranges of clients, cases, and concerns. Children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Currently, I specifically enjoy working with females ages 18-35. Primarily those who are navigating stress, anxiety, adjustments, burnout, faith integration, low self-esteem, digital overuse, incongruence, interpersonal conflict, and school/career guidance. Additionally, specific health-related conditions such as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), hormonal imbalances, and other distinct medical illnesses.
In my free time, I enjoy life by exploring the great outdoors (beaches, hiking, biking), pilates, cooking/eating diverse foods, soulful music, reading, traveling, interior design, and refinished paint projects. Most importantly, quality time with loved ones. I hope to learn more about you as well. Also, how I might collaborate with you on your journey.
As a Person-Centered Psychotherapist, I often integrate Psychodynamic and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches. Implementing a whole-person approach. I am passionate about Holistic Health and appreciate Therapy for its diverse process. To encounter corrective emotional experiences, gain greater trust, and grounding practices. Best of all, self-awareness and empowerment. I am also interested in exploring spirituality and a self-care lifestyle; that inspires opportunities for growth and well-being with you.
In summary, I prioritize and advocate having a healthy life balance. Contributing to one's positive mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and relational health.
